AMC Theatres is offering the Mutant Mayhem Pop Rocks ICEE. You can add the Blue Razz Pop Rocks to your blueberry ICEE for an extra $1.50. Pop Rocks are hard candy with a bubble of carbon dioxide that explodes in your mouth. I had Pop Rocks as a kid in the early 1980s.

I made the mistake of adding the Pop Rocks to my ICEE in layers. That didn’t work out too well. Just dump the entire packet into the bottom of the cup and pour your ICEE on top. The blueberry flavor of the Pop Rocks was more intense than that of the ICEE.
