Visiting New Apple Store @ Westfield Valley Fair Mall #SHORTS

The new Apple Store at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Silicon Valley opened last year. Only to be shut down by the pandemic. Pick-up only and appointment only were available from time to time. The store recently re-opened in 2021. Since Santa Clara County is in the orange tier, my friend stood at a table to buy a mag safe charger and I roamed around the store. Parts of this video were recorded on the ZHIYUN Smooth-X Gimbal Stabilizer for iPhone.

Shake Shack Finally Opens At Westfield Valley Fair Mall

Shake Shack opened to a long lines at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, CA, on December 15, 2018. A new Shake Shack store was to open at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, CA, during Spring 2020. The coronavirus pandemic shut down the malls for six months. The San Jose Mercury News announced that Shake Shack would open at Valley Fair Mall this past week. I did a walkthrough on Sunday, 9/27/2020, looking at the new store inside and the promenade outside. The strawberry milkshake was great!

Westfield Valley Fair Mall Reopens Indoor Stores

On Monday, August 31, 2020, the State of California updated its coronavirus guidelines to reopen indoor retail stores at 25% capacity. I did a walk-around at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Silicon Valley on Friday, 9/4/2020. The mall wasn’t restricting the number of people coming inside. Each store was responsible for restricting the number of people coming into their place of business. Popular stores like the Apple Store had long lines to get in. Most stores closed. Some stores like the Microsoft Store were permanently closed. Due to restrictions imposed by Santa Clara County, indoor theaters and restaurants are still closed. This is the first video in this playlist.

Updated 9/7/2020: Check out the list of reopened stores here.
