One of the expectations I raised in my video about the forthcoming SiliCon with Adam Savage (8/28-29/2021) was mask wearing (yes) and proof of vaccination (maybe). This week the San Jose City Council voted to require proof of vaccination for city run facilities like the SAP Center, the San Jose Convention Center, and the San Jose Center of Performing Arts. The mandate would not go into effect immediately to give venues time to prepare. No proof of vaccination for SiliCon with Adam Savage. Nearby restaurants may require proof of vaccination for indoor seating. Yes, you still need to wear a mask.
