AVOID National Doughnut Day!

Today is National Doughnut Day. Depending on the doughnut shop, you may get a free doughnut. If you’re overweight like me, you avoid doughnut shops like the coronavirus. Here are four doughnut shops from bland to pure evil you should avoid today.

7-Eleven

At 7-Eleven, from today through Sunday, buy one doughnut and get one doughnut free at 7-Eleven. You must be a member of the 7-Eleven loyalty program to get this deal.

Doughnuts from 7-Eleven are very bland in appearance and taste. If you get them first thing in the morning when you’re half awake, you may not notice how bland they are.

Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin’, formerly known as Dunkin’ Donuts, is offering a free doughnut with any beverage.

I haven’t been to Dunkin’ since they shut down their San Francisco bay area stores in the 1990s. Dunkin’ had opened new stores in recent years, including several in Silicon Valley. Dunkin’ doughnuts may be worse than 7-Eleven doughnuts.

Psycho Donuts

Psycho Donuts is offering free Crazy Bytes doughnut holes with any regular purchase.

Psycho Donuts are very dangerous to your health. I had a maple bar at Silicon Valley Comic Con 2017 and it almost killed me. Fantastic taste but the sugar overload is enough to put anyone into a coma. You must be psycho to eat one these sugar-loaded doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme is offering a free doughnut. If you buy a dozen doughnuts or a box of mini doughnuts, you can purchase a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts for $1 US.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are PURE EVIL. They know you can’t stop with one doughnut and must have another. They want you to take home several dozen doughnuts and eat them all at once.

Save yourself and stay away from Krispy Kreme!
